Modern Slavery Statement

Introduction

This statement sets out Ocean Holidays’ actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business and to put in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its own business and its supply chains. This statement relates to actions and activities during the financial year 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.

As an important member of the travel industry, the organisation recognises that it has a responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking. Ocean Holidays is completely committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities, and to ensure that its supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.

Established in 2004, Ocean Holidays is comprised of 3 brands: Ocean Florida, Ocean Beds and Winged Boots, all of which operate in the travel industry. We are fully bonded by ATOL and the TTA for your protection.

Ocean Beds operates in the UK and has an office in Florida, managed by our own Ocean Holidays team, to all of our UK-based support staff. Winged Boots is our Luxury Travel brand and has specialised in delivering bespoke, tailormade holiday experiences all over the world. Ocean Florida is the number one specialist tour operator to Florida and has sent more than 350,000 holidaymakers overseas in the last 20 years.

Our business is structured through its board of Directors, Co-CEOs, and Heads of Departments. At Ocean Holidays, we are firmly committed to respecting and supporting human rights throughout all our relationships and operations. We are confident that all our business relationships and activities are conducted in a fair and principled way which upholds the belief and values of ethical travel. We are committed to taking steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking does not occur within our business or partner or supply chain in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
