From your first quote to your flight home, you can rely on our reputation for a bespoke service. Through this approach, we are regarded as one of the leading independent travel companies in the UK, and we’re thankful that our reviews and awards show that our reputation counts.

We are particularly proud to have won a Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo, recognising our “outstanding achievement in delivering consistently excellent customer service.” Our reputation has also played a crucial role in Ocean Holidays becoming the UK’s fastest-growing travel company. This rising status has seen our expertise increasingly called upon in media debates, such as our Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Harry Hastings, recently appearing in Ian King Live on Sky News.

Equally important to our success is our reputation for personalised service. From the simple enjoyment of travel to the ultimate adventure experiences – you dream it, we design it. Moreover, through our expertise, knowledge, and first-hand experience, we help customers not only realise their travel goals but exceed them.

2022 B Companies Shortlist

Top 10 Organisation for Giving Back

We’re thrilled to have been shortlisted in the Top 10 organisations for Giving Something Back by Best Companies in 2022. From supporting local businesses in and around our Romford headquarters to sending everything from clothing to medicine to dried foods in trucks to Ukraine – we know the importance of helping others during this time of war and economic hardship. Yet more than any award, we are immensely proud of our fundraising team at Ocean Holidays. Whether running marathons or jumping out of planes, they have undertaken every charity endeavour between the ground and the sky to ensure we continue to support those who need it most. And we promise our efforts to give back are far from over.

Living Wage Employer

Ocean Holidays is an accredited Living Wage employer

The Ocean Holidays Group has become an accredited Living Wage employer, meaning all our full-time staff earn a minimum of £25,000 per year.
The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by almost 9,000 UK businesses that believe their staff deserves a wage that meets their everyday needs – like the weekly shop, or a surprise trip to the dentist.
The accreditation sees us Group join a broad range of employers accredited with the Foundation including half of the FTSE 100 and big household names including Nationwide, Google, Brewdog, Everton FC, and Chelsea FC.

Best Companies Survey Upgrades Ocean Holidays from ‘One to Watch’ to ‘One Star’ Accreditation

Ocean Holidays is delighted to announce it has achieved ‘One Star’ status from Best Companies, improving on the previous accolade of being ‘One to Watch’ in 2021. Considering the difficulties the travel industry has faced since 2020, demonstrating year-on-year improvements in workplace engagement is an especially rewarding achievement.
Scoring a total of 694.3 points, an increase of 35 points from 2021, was just 2.2 points away from reaching 2-star accreditation. Despite this award, we promise to keep striving to incorporate employee feedback into positive changes in the future.
