Ocean Holidays Launches Travel Trade Webinars for Agent Partners

Hosted by industry experts Zoe Place and Clare Harvey, with guest speakers and agent Q&A

Ocean Holidays is proud to announce the launch of its brand-new Travel Trade Webinar Series, The Zoe and Clare Show, created exclusively for our valued travel agent partners.

Hosted by our experienced Key Account Directors, Zoe Place and Clare Harvey, these sessions are designed to inform, inspire, and support our agent community in an honest, open, and light-hearted way. Each session offers a deep dive into our products, along with top tips, expert advice, and exclusive trade updates, all tailored to help agents boost their knowledge and confidence.

The webinars promise to be no longer than 30 minutes, and are pre-recorded for now, allowing agents to watch them at a time that suits them. We have exciting topics scheduled already and will feature special guests such as our Accessibility Co-ordinator, Lindsey Brumby, as well as external product experts, bringing relevant insights and practical strategies that agents can use in their branches or customer interactions on a day-to-day basis. Overall, we believe the series will be a trusted, go-to resource designed to help agents thrive.

We aim to meet these requests, delivering what is valuable to them, in a format that’s fun, flexible, and packed with value.”

These webinars allow us to deliver key messages directly from the experts in our business, ensuring our agent partners are informed and connected with the people behind the product, to help them sell more holidays to our core destinations.”

Before each webinar, travel agents will be invited to submit their questions in advance, allowing us to tailor each session to the topics and challenges that matter most to them.

The webinar series kicks off on Friday, 18th July, where we talk all things Florida Villas, with sessions scheduled monthly thereafter. Topic announcements, how to tune in, and details on how to submit questions will be shared via our trade-friendly Facebook group @ocean4agents and our newsletters.
